Working Principle:

PSA Nitrogen Generator is really a nitrogen generator with carbon molecular filter being an absorbent pressurized surroundings absorbing and desorption system splitting nitrogen from oxygen. PSA nitrogen production technology utilizes the infiltration characteristics of carbon molecular filter, the principle of pressure a considerable Adsorption, Desorption and Decompression circuit. Compressed air alternately enters two Adsorbent Towers to achieve surroundings separation, thereby producing continuous nitrogen product.

Our equipment is fully automatic, easy to maintain, and produces a continuous flow of nitrogen gas directly into the storage tank.
